Peppermint essential oil

Peppermint essential oil stimulates and invigorates the body and mind.

• Thanks to its fresh and pleasant smell, it is known to help combat nausea, motion sickness, headaches, rheumatism, rhinitis, sinusitis… as well as bad breath.
• Refreshing, it is also used to relieve itching and stimulate blood circulation.
• It also combats hair loss and reduces the risk of alopecia.

Uses:

• Peppermint essential oil is potent, with a high menthol and menthone content, so it should not be used lightly.

  It is irritating to the skin, so it is essential to dilute it in a vegetable oil when applying it to your skin.

Through the skin: Use a maximum of 1 or 2 drops on the skin. This essential oil provides a cold effect. Wash your hands immediately after use to avoid the risk of getting it in your eyes.

For the hair: To combat hair loss and therefore reduce alopecia.

Preparation:

• In a 50 ml bottle, mix 45 drops of Ylang Ylang essential oil, 15 drops of peppermint essential oil, and 4 tablespoons of argan oil.
• Apply this treatment from the ends of the hair to the roots.
• Leave the treatment on for 30 minutes -Rinse and shampoo.

To use as a shampoo:

• In a 50 ml bottle, put a few centimeters of shampoo, add 5 drops of Ylang Ylang essential oil with 5 drops of Mint and complete the rest of the bottle with your shampoo.
• Massage your scalp with this treatment, leave it on for 2-3 minutes and rinse.

Cautions:

In no case can it be used by pregnant or lactating women, children under 6 years of age and people with epilepsy.
