Effects of Withdrawal

Floresdelsur does not cover the cost of returning products.
If the goods, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by mail, you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods, which will be €5.99 (mainland Spain and Balearic Islands) if processed through Floresdelsur.
If the goods, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by mail and it is not possible to reasonably calculate the return cost in advance, you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. It is estimated that such cost will be approximately €29 maximum (mainland Spain and Balearic Islands).
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Certain Goods
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts that refer to:
