Tea Tree Essential Oil

Tea Tree essential oil is a valuable aid in the fight against oral infections such as canker sores and gingivitis, skin infections (fungal infections, abscesses, boils, acne, sweating, or even dandruff, oily hair, or lice), digestive infections, and ENT infections.

• It is an ideal essential oil for fighting against viruses and microbes (sore throat, cough, rhinorrhea, etc.).
• Tea Tree essential oil is also known for its harmonizing and balancing properties on the nervous system and is particularly useful in cases of fatigue and overwork.

Uses:

• Topical applications: Put a few drops on a cotton swab and apply to cold sores, acne pimples, warts, boils, or nail fungus.
• For atmospheric diffusion: The diffusion of tea tree essential oil is highly recommended if you want to clear the airways and relieve flu-like symptoms.
• For dry or wet inhalation: The inhalation of tea tree essential oil is ideal during the winter when colds, rhinitis, sinusitis, and ENT infections are common. The principle is the same as for air diffusion while breathing in its powerful aroma.

  You can opt for the dry method by applying a few drops to a handkerchief, or for wet inhalation by pouring a few drops into a container of boiling water. Thanks to the water vapor, this second technique is very effective for humidifying the nasal passages and increasing respiratory comfort.

• Orally: This technique is especially suitable for treating sore throats or tonsillitis. It is recommended to place 1 drop on a piece of sugar or in a tablespoon of honey before letting it melt under the tongue.
• For hair: On dry hair: mix 4 drops of tea tree essential oil with 6 drops of lemon essential oil in 10 cl of olive oil. Apply this mixture to the hair. You can also add a few drops of tea tree essential oil to a gentle shampoo.
