• For mental relaxation, apply this mixture to the inner side of each of your wrists.
• Cup both hands over your nose and take 3 slow, deep breaths.
• To be renewed as soon as the need arises.

Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, or on children under 6 years of age.
